Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION in the Philippines is hiring motivated Sales Staffs who are passionate about delivering excellent service and creating a great shopping experience. As part of our retail team, you will assist customers, handle transactions, and support daily store operations.

You will welcome customers, recommend products, promote offers, and maintain store appearance, while ensuring accurate cash handling, inventory checks, and teamwork to meet store targets.

Qualifications

• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate POS.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed.
• Support inventory checks and stock management activities.
• Follow merchandising standards and store display guidelines.
• Coordinate with fellow team members to meet store targets.
• Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness

Cashiering Duties
