Job summary

SONAK CORPORATION is hiring motivated and customer-oriented Sales Staffs to provide excellent service and create a great shopping experience for customers in our Manila-area stores.

As part of the retail team, you will assist customers, handle transactions, maintain store standards, and support day-to-day operations to help meet store targets.

• Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and friendliness
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
• Help promote special offers, new arrivals, and featured items
• Deliver a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience
• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
• Issue receipts and manage returns or exchanges properly
• Ensure accuracy and accountability of cash sales and daily reports
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Monitor stock levels and replenish items as needed
• Support inventory checks and stock management activities
• Follow merchandising standards and store display guidelines
• Coordinate with fellow team members to meet store targets
• Assist in daily operational tasks assigned by supervisors
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and co-workers

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance & Sales

Cashiering Duties

• Handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
