Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and sells products to existing and prospective customers.
• Develops proposals and quotations for customers.
• Coordinates with accounting and logistics for order fulfillment.
• Resolves customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Participates in trade shows and conventions.
• Maintain current knowledge of existing and new product prices and technical knowledge of glass and accessories items.
• Maintain and manage showroom area, samples and sales and marketing materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.
