JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare formal quotations for clients.
• Follow up with customers and persuade them to approve the quotation; identify reasons for any declined quotations.
• Update and maintain the Quotation Monitoring Sheet.
• Provide the approved selling price to the Sales staff.
• Forward supplier quotations for new items/products to the Purchasing Department.
