Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking a Team Manager in Sales & Retention based in Davao, Philippines. This onsite leadership role drives team performance, coaches agents, monitors calls, and ensures customer satisfaction while achieving service level targets.

You will hire, train, and develop lifestyle assistant specialists, analyze data to identify trends, and collaborate with management to improve processes. The position supports a fast-growing global operation with night shift coverage.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of call center management experience leading agents in phone, video or internet services.
• Proven experience in Sales and Retention is required.
• Experience in Technical Support and Customer Service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive team performance, manage outliers, coach agents, and monitor calls.
• Hire, train, coach, and lead lifestyle assistant specialists as they provide support for customers.
• Identify trends and establish goals to improve processes and resources.
• Ensure staff achieve service levels and take corrective action when needed.
• Prepare reports and analyze data to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching on upsell techniques and overcoming objections.
• Reinforce compliance with company policies and house rules.
• Review and suggest policy/process improvements to win employees, customers, and partners over.
