Job summary

Westwood Law Firm is seeking a Sales Clerk to serve as the primary contact for customers and support daily store operations. You will greet customers, answer questions about products, assist in locating items, and promote current promotions.

In addition, you will handle POS transactions, maintain attractive displays, monitor inventory, and collect basic sales data to help improve store performance.

Qualifications

• Residency: Preferably residing within or near the SM City Rosario, General Trias, Cavite area for reliable attendance and flexible scheduling.

• Answer customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, and store policies accurately and courteously.
• Guide customers to product locations and assist in locating specific items.
• Recommend products based on customer needs, preferences, and current promotions to drive sales.
• Inform customers of ongoing special offers, discounts, and loyalty program benefits.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately; process payments via cash, credit card, and other accepted methods.
• Maintain well-stocked shelves and arrange merchandise in attractive displays in line with sales goals, seasonal events, and promotional guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels, checking supplies, and reporting stock shortages, discrepancies, or losses.
• Gather and record basic sales and customer information to support store performance tracking and service improvements.
