Job summary

CAMCO MEGA SALES in the Philippines is seeking a proactive sales professional to identify new customers and drive growth in pool construction, renovation, equipment, and maintenance services.

You will consult with customers, tailor recommendations, prepare quotations, and coordinate with technical teams to meet installation requirements while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Promote and sell swimming pool construction, renovation, equipment, accessories, and maintenance services.
• Conduct customer consultations and understand pool requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Provide customers with pool equipment and product recommendations.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product presentations.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Coordinate with the technical/project team on design, materials, and installation.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and prospective customers.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and sales terms within guidelines.
• Monitor sales orders, deliveries, installation schedules, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Accounting, Project, and Technical teams to ensure smooth processing of orders.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing, and new pool products.
• Participate in sales activities, trade events, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate proper resolution with the concerned department.
• Meet assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by management.
