Job summary

Bonafide Trainology in the Philippines is seeking a motivated Sales Driver to support our route selling, stock management, and outlet coverage. The role requires daily reporting to the Sales Office, six days a week, and adherence to the company uniform.

You will drive the designated vehicle for routing, execute the prescribed coverage plan, withdraw stocks per procedures, and actively expand the retailer network to grow product presence.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Sales Office on time, six days a week, wearing the prescribed uniform.
• Attends and participates in the Sales Office morning huddle before routing.
• Withdraws stocks from the Sales Office to sell in the assigned territory, following procedures.
• Drives the assigned vehicle for routing when necessary.
• Follows a coverage plan provided by the supervisor for sale and merchandising of products.
• Expands active outlet base and taps new, potential retailers.
