Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a BW/Sales Analytics professional to develop and maintain SAP BW reports and Power BI dashboards enabling cross-SBU sales insights. You will coordinate data extraction, ensure data accuracy, and support pricing and POS data across regions.

You will collaborate with global teams to drive timely, data-driven decisions and manage commissions data while supporting ongoing data integrity and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year related work experience.
• Experience within a BW environment is required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/Access/Power Point/Outlook).
• Ability to communicate with a variety of functions and users.
• Analytical and detail-oriented; accuracy of reports is critical.
• Able to manage projects autonomously and be a self-starter.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data—not just report on it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare BW reports to support sales reporting and analysis across all SBUs.
• Turn business requirements into BW reports or IT requests.
• Assist with data extraction and support the training and testing of BW and PBI dashboards.
• Work with the data team to ensure data is accurate and reliable.
• Manage assigned projects and perform regular sales analysis.
• Maintain the split commission tracking program and related databases.
• Review commission processes and suggest improvements; ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain POS and inventory databases for regions and support pricing activities.
