Job summary

Frabelle Corporation in the Philippines seeks a role to generate and update all Sales Reports for General Trade Sales, ensuring timely and accurate submissions based on NSM requirements. This role provides analysis and consolidates forecasting needs while coordinating with the Sales Planner to allocate stocks properly.

You will also handle routing and filing of all sales documents and respond to customer inquiries, supporting inter-department communication and smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Receives & encodes ADP orders ensuring correct SKUs and quantity of order within booking cut-off
• Guide Sales constantly thru SIV and STT Sales Reports as basis for Management planning and decision making
• Accurately computes for DSP Incentives and timely release to ADPs
• Attends to inter-office concerns (Sales to Other Dept. and vice versa)
• Transmit documents to other departments completely and on time
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to assigned DS
