Instructional Responsibilities

• Teach students according to the competencies required in the Singapore Maths Curriculum.
• Prepare classroom area, worksheets, and manipulatives for class.
• Identify students’ needs and address them accordingly.
• Incorporate the concept of growth mindset in interactions with students through language and example.

Non‑Instructional Responsibilities

• Curriculum and instructional development activities.
• Maintain standardized workspace tools such as Google Classroom, class records, IWPs, etc.
• Assist the Resource Officer in preparing for events like Moving Up Ceremony, Christmas programs, and other special events.

Parent Communication

• Provide assessment and evaluation of students’ progress and concerns.

Technical Requirements

• Laptop/desktop/tablet with webcam and headset.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Conducive environment for teaching (quiet and well lit).

Qualifications

• Willingness to create positive and engaging math learning experiences for students.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Mathematics, or related engineering courses (other courses may still apply).
