Job description

Instructional

• Teach students according to the competencies required in the Singapore Maths Curriculum.
• Prepare classroom area, worksheets, and manipulatives for class.
• Identify students’ needs and address them accordingly.
• Incorporate the concept of growth mindset in their dealings with the students through language and example.

Non – Instructional

• Curriculum and instructional development activities.
• Maintain standardized workspace tools – google classrooms, class records, IWPs, etc.
• Help the RO in preparing for events like Moving Up Ceremony, Christmas programs and other special events.

Ensure Parents are informed about the progress of their child

• Provide assessment and evaluation of students’ progress and concerns

Technical Requirements (for temporary training)

• Laptop / desktop / tablet with webcam and headset
• Reliable Internet Connection
• Conducive environment for teaching (quiet and well lit)
