Job summary

GoPrime Technology Corp. is seeking a Promodiser in Metro Manila to promote and sell products while delivering excellent customer service. The role emphasizes increasing product awareness, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compelling displays across stores.

Ideal candidates have experience in telco or appliance retail and are comfortable working weekends or rotating schedules. The position involves coordinating with stores and supervisors to ensure product availability and pricing

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate; experience in promotion or retail sales is preferred.
• Experience in Telecommunications, SM Appliances, DIY stores, ACE Hardware, or similar retail environments is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and selling skills; good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate company products to customers.
• Assist customers by identifying needs and recommending suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain attractive and organized product displays in accordance with merchandising standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with store and supervisor.
• Ensure products are properly priced, labeled, and displayed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Keep updated on product knowledge, promotions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and submit daily sales, inventory, and accomplishment reports.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the selling area.
• Handle customer inquiries and basic product troubleshooting when necessary.
• Participate in product training, sales meetings, and promotional events.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
