Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• An engineering background or experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Accounting teams regarding customer orders and deliveries.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and other administrative documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
