Job summary

V ROQUE Corporation in Makati City is looking for Project Coordinators to support sales teams and ensure smooth after-sales processes. You will organize activities, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation.

You will work closely with Sales Managers, coordinate meetings with clients, prepare regular reports, and help achieve sales goals. Onsite work from Monday to Thursday 8:00-6:00, Friday 8:00-5:00.

Qualifications

• Coordinate and schedule meetings between Sales Managers and clients.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts progress for discussion with the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Keen on details, organize and systematic.
• Track the entire after-sales lifecycle.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales activities and progress.
• Align support activities with sales targets.
• Responsible in monitoring progress of each account of Sales Managers.
• Responsible in coordinating and scheduling of meetings between Sales Managers and prospective clients.
• Responsible in the preparation of regular reports on accounts progress for presentation / discussion with the Sales Manager.
• Work closely with Sales Manager towards achievement of sales goals.
• Act as Team Leader among other Sales Support / Customer Service staff in the team to ensure that all work responsibilities are fulfilled.
• Responsible in coordinating with HR Department for car allocation of Sales Managers on a daily basis.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned by top management from time to time.
• Working Days: Monday to Thursday - 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Onsite work set up.
• Amenable to work in Paseo De Roxas, Makati City
