Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Sales Team with accurate administration, enrollment processing, broker coordination, and benefits support. You will assist with new business installations, maintain data integrity, and help with reporting and projects.

The role emphasizes operational accuracy, strong customer service, and coordination with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Onsite Ortigas location and shifting schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1 year of experience in sales support, account coordination, or administrative support.
• Experience supporting international customers is preferred.
• Experience with U.S. health insurance or employee benefits administration is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of BPO or Call Center industry experience.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support New Business installation by coordinating enrollment documents with brokers.
• Maintain data integrity across internal systems and records.
• Process enrollments, terminations, and member updates accurately.
• Coordinate with brokers and carriers; assist with reporting and special projects.
