Job summary

Private Advertiser in Metro Manila is seeking a Sales Operations Associate to support the launch of the new brand. You will help plan and execute activities, coordinate with malls, kiosks, and retail partners, and assist in developing and managing sales channels including distributors and online platforms.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and logistics to align production, inventory, and product distribution while ensuring regulatory compliance and reporting on performance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales operations, retail development, or brand commercialization.
• Experience in retail, cosmetics, fragrance, FMCG, or consumer goods is an advantage.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of the brand launch.
• Coordinate with malls and retail partners for kiosks, store placements, and leasing requirements.
• Support the development and management of sales channels (retail, distributors, online platforms, and overseas accounts).
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams for production, inventory, and product distribution.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and business registration requirements.
• Monitor sales activities and prepare performance and operational reports.
• Assist in sales team coordination and implementation of sales initiatives during the launch phase.
