Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for this coordinator position.
• Minimum of 1-2 years work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assists the sales and the engineering team.
• Prepares and then follows up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
• Tracks sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time.
• Orders and ensures the delivery of products to customers.
• Carries out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential for administrative tasks.
• Contacts potential customers to arrange appointments.
• Efficiently responds to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills are required for customer interactions.
• Prepares all purchasing requirements of the company.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities that maybe required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
