Job summary

Agricyn Ventures Inc. in Pasig is seeking a Sales and Operations Associate (Office Support) to support sales operations, handle customer inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in documentation, and collaboration with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales support and administration, with experience in FMCG or agricultural products preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related course.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or Office Administration.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution, retail, agricultural products, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Experience in handling customer accounts and processing sales orders.

Responsibilities

• Present and promote the company's egg and rice products to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through phone calls, messaging platforms, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Confidently handle customer inquiries, concerns, complaints, and objections in a professional manner.
• Prepare product quotations and assist customers with pricing, availability, and promotions.
• Follow up pending quotations and customer orders.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
• Receive, encode, and process customer orders accurately.
• Coordinate daily with Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor delivery schedules and update customers regarding order status.
• Ensure all sales documents are complete and properly filed.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism even when dealing with difficult customers.
• Develop long-term customer relationships through quality service.
• Prepare daily sales reports and operational updates.
• Maintain organized filing of sales documents and customer records.
• Assist management with operational reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
