The Sales Officer develops and executes sales and marketing strategies aligned with the bank's objectives while identifying opportunities to cross-sell the bank's products and services. Working closely with branch and support teams, the Sales Officer plays a critical role in delivering financial solutions, achieving sales targets, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Acquire new-to-bank clients and drive growth in CASA deposits, loans, and overall portfolio balances.
• Prospect, network, and generate new business opportunities through market mapping, referrals, and client engagement activities.
• Build strong client relationships and cross-sell banking products and services, including lending, cash management, insurance, investments, and digital banking solutions.
• Assess client needs, recommend appropriate financial solutions, and evaluate credit applications with complete documentation.
• Achieve sales, portfolio growth, and cross-selling targets while collaborating with internal teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience in sales, business development, client acquisition, account management, or relationship management, with a track record of achieving targets.
• Proven ability to generate new business, manage client relationships, and grow customer portfolios.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with a consultative selling approach.
• Open to candidates from banking, financial services, aviation, real estate, FMCG, insurance, telecommunications, hospitality, e-commerce, fintech, and other sales-driven industries.
• Results-oriented sales professional with strong hunting, prospecting, and relationship-building capabilities; experience in Corporate Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, or B2B Sales is highly preferred.
