BL Sia Holdings-Cebu Bionic Group of Companies in Cebu City seeks a dynamic Sales and Merchandising Supervisor to oversee store and field sales, inventory, and team performance for Build It! Building Materials Sales Inc in Danao City.

The role emphasizes leadership and hands-on supervision in a growing hardware and construction materials business. The ideal candidate has a four-year business degree, retail sales experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• A college graduate of any four-year business-related course, preferably in Marketing and Sales.
• Experience in store or retail sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to manage subordinates.
• Strong analytical skills and initiative to drive results.
• Basic knowledge of MS applications and software tools.
• Capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Willing to be assigned to Build It! Building Materials Sales Inc in Danao City.
