Job summary

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in business development or marketing, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and strong presentation and relationship-building skills. This is a hands-on role across sales and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients and assist in lead generation and business development initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, pitch decks, and presentation materials.
• Participate in discovery meetings, introductory calls, and client presentations.
• Build relationships with prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts.
• Manage and update website content to ensure it remains relevant and aligned with company branding.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Create thought leadership content, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
• Maintain company capability decks, pitch deck templates, and other sales enablement materials.
• Support company events, webinars, and networking activities as needed.
• Stay informed on industry trends and identify opportunities to strengthen ExaWeb's market presence.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation strategies.
• Experience preparing business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and presentation tools.
• Proactive, creative, and results-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
