Job summary

Synchronicity Select in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Sales and Marketing Associate to drive growth across in-store and online channels. You will assist customers, manage ecommerce listings, create content, and contribute to live selling and campaigns.

You will gain experience across sales, marketing, and operations, collaborating with teams to launch promotions and develop product knowledge for a growing retail business serving students, professionals, and organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, ecommerce, retail, or related roles.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered.
• Comfortable communicating with customers both in person and online.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms, social media, content creation, or livestream selling is an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized and proactive with initiative.
• Willing to learn about a wide variety of products.

Responsibilities

Sales and Marketing Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales and Marketing Associate to help grow Synchronicity Select, a general merchandise and specialty retail business focused on practical, affordable products for students, professionals, creators, schools, offices, and everyday customers.

This role combines sales, customer engagement, ecommerce operations, content creation, social media, and marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable talking to customers, creating content, learning new products, and getting involved in different parts of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Assist customers in-store, online, through chat, and through social media.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

• Respond to product inquiries, quotations, and customer concerns.

• Actively promote products and help convert inquiries into sales.

• Support sales through Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and other ecommerce channels.

• Build relationships with schools, offices, organizations, and other potential customers.

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and potential business opportunities.

• Maintain good product knowledge across Synchronicity Select's growing range of products.

Ecommerce & Marketplace Operations

• Help maintain and update product listings across ecommerce platforms.

• Assist with product titles, descriptions, photos, specifications, pricing, and promotions.

• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, reviews, and sales trends.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and fulfillment team to ensure orders are properly processed.

• Identify opportunities to improve product listings and increase online sales.

• Assist in launching new products and maintaining existing product catalogs.

Marketing & Content Creation

• Create engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Produce simple product videos, photos, demonstrations, and promotional materials.

• Participate in livestream selling and other social commerce activities.

• Help develop promotional campaigns, product features, and seasonal marketing activities.

• Assist in creating content that explains how products are used and who they are for.

• Monitor social media engagement and recommend ideas based on customer response and sales performance.

Store & Merchandising

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Synchronicity Select store.

• Help organize, display, and replenish products.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly store environment.

• Assist customers in finding products and understanding their features and uses.

• Help develop product displays, promotions, and in-store merchandising.

• Support inventory checking and coordination with the warehouse when needed.

Business Development & Events

• Help identify potential institutional customers such as schools, offices, training centers, businesses, and organizations.

• Assist with quotations, product presentations, and customer follow-ups.

• Support product launches, school events, exhibitions, promotional activities, and other company initiatives.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure sales, marketing, inventory, and fulfillment activities are aligned.
