WeSearch@Searchers & Staffers Corp. in Cebu City is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to maximize sales by promoting products in low- and mid-rise segments, expand the client portfolio, and secure new project opportunities for sustainable growth.

You will lead tender submissions, conduct site visits, present offers, negotiate deals, and drive coordination with project teams to ensure on-time handover and revenue realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in elevator or construction/mechanical sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-oriented, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willing to conduct site visits and client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales leads, identify potential projects, and manage customer inquiries.
• Conduct product presentations and lead customer meetings for proposals, tenders, bids, and negotiations.
• Perform site inspections to gather technical and commercial information prior to tendering.
• Prepare and manage tender submissions, including review of plans, technical specifications, and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and present technical and commercial sales offers in line with company policies.
• Lead negotiations with customers and support sales closing activities.
• Ensure timely collection of down payment (DP) and assist in the collection of remaining contract value.
• Prepare complete documentation and execute proper project handover from Sales to Fulfilment teams.
• Drive and attend coordination and aftersales meetings with customers and project teams at jobsites.
• Maintain customer database, sales pipeline/funnel, and prepare regular sales and market reports.
• Conduct market studies and competitive analysis.
• Assist the Head of Volume Sales in marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
• Comply with all sales processes, reporting requirements, and internal guidelines.
