Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT or related fields.
• Strong Excel and data management basics are preferred.
• Able to handle large datasets with accuracy and pace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in OLAP data migration by uploading and validating data.
• Support business reporting and ad hoc data requests.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality checks between sources and targets.
• Assist ETL, testing, and documentation for migration and reporting.
• Generate reports and data extracts to support stakeholder needs.
• Coordinate with users to address data-related inquiries and requests.
• Support BI initiatives and admin tasks as needed.

Your Tasks

Main Accountabilities:

The intern will support the OLAP data migration project by assisting in the upload, validation, documentation, and quality assurance of historical and current sales data. The role will also provide support for business reporting and ad hoc data requests from stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and reliability across systems.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the migration of historical and current sales data into the OLAP system.
• Upload, maintain, and validate sales and master data to ensure completeness, and accuracy.
• Perform data mapping, reconciliation, and quality checks between source and target systems, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.
• Performs ETL, testing, and documentation related to migration and reporting activities.
• Generate standard and ad hoc reports, analyses, and data extracts to support stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to address data-related inquiries and reporting requests.
• Support other Business Intelligence initiatives and administrative tasks as required.

• Currently, pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Excel (Power Query) and data management concepts is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work with large datasets.
• Collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
