Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, economics, math/statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years in BI, data analysis, sales analysis, or related role.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge in data processing, data mining, and visualization.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques is an advantage.

• Analyze and interpret channel sales and customer data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in different markets.
• Collect and securely keep business unit sales and customer-related data in a structured repository.
• Prepare sales reports with data-driven insights on channels and/or markets during unit and territory planning, performance metrics setting, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, finance, business development, and operations to align market-specific goals with key business strategies.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, and report findings or observations.
