Job summary

Orkestra Communications is seeking an experienced Sales Foundations Trainer to onboard and develop high-performing sales professionals, including BDRs, QBIs, MSEs, and AEs, within its US telecommunications sales environment.

You will lead onboarding, foundations training, coaching, and ongoing development, partner with sales leaders, and ensure current products and processes are reflected in training while supporting a practical, market-driven learning culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Sales Trainer or L&D role supporting outbound sales teams.
• Experience training outbound B2B sales reps in a US-based environment.
• Experience in US telecommunications, mobility, SaaS, or technology sales is highly preferred.
• Willing to work onsite on a permanent night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and Sales Foundations training programs for new hires.
• Deliver training on outbound B2B sales fundamentals, prospecting, cold calling, and consultative selling.
• Conduct structured coaching sessions to improve individual sales performance.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, assessments, and learning resources.
• Partner with Sales Managers, Sales Architects, and SMEs to align training with products and processes.
• Monitor trainee progress and recommend coaching or development plans.
• Own the continuous learning calendar and facilitate ongoing training programs.
