Job summary

Vertiv is seeking a data-driven professional in the Philippines to manage sales incentive calculations, eligibility, and reporting. You will coordinate with country managers, HR, and leaders to define calculation parameters and targets, while ensuring data accuracy through quality controls.

The role requires 5–8 years in data management/incentive processes, advanced Power BI and MS Office skills, and experience in regional shared services. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years experience in data management and processing including incentive program or related process (e.g. Finance/HR/Sales operations).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in financial reporting, consolidation, processing, and merging of reports/data with the ability to analyze data.
  • Experience working on a regional level in a shared services environment.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to manage workflow and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Accuracy, timeliness and completeness of sales incentive calculation/administration for participants including eligibility management, earnings calculation and incentive reporting.
  • Coordinate with country manager, functional leader, HR in calculation details/parameters of participants (e.g. sales target, method of commission calculation, target variable pay).
  • Perform quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of generated incentive administration calculations and reports.
  • Initiate and participate in the team’s data management initiatives and reports and analysis activities.
  • Take over and manage current process improvement initiatives of the team through technology (e.g. automation through VB Application, SQL, Power BI).
  • Support participants and act as account manager based on assigned market unit on commission related matters.
  • Provide back-up coverage for other team members; others as delegated in line with team objectives.

Requirements

  • High level organization and planning skills so that workflow and deadlines are managed efficiently and accurately
  • Excellent communication skills (English), both verbal and written with ability to work with all levels within the organization - Strong attention to detail and deadlines
