Job summary

RemoteVA is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Assistant with advanced Excel skills to support our sales operations in the Philippines. You will manage sales data, generate reports, and coordinate between sales teams and clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales support or data analysis, familiarity with Pipedrive CRM, and knowledge of the Dodge construction platform. Construction industry background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Depends on advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Pipedrive.
• Knowledge of construction industry is preferred.
• Bachelor background in business or marketing is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and analyze sales data using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, conditional formatting).
• Generate accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
• Support sales team with data-driven insights to improve efficiency and client engagement.
• Manage and update customer records in Pipedrive CRM.
• Assist in tracking construction-related opportunities using Dodge and other industry tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and contracts.
• Provide administrative support including documentation, scheduling, and communication with clients.
