• Recommends monthly marketing activities & strategies to generate inquiries and applications.
• Facilitates customer satisfaction surveys to measure satisfaction index.
• Handles customers' complaints and coordinates with the appropriate person or department.
• Assists Store Manager in maintaining store cleanliness and orderliness.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Head Office.
