Aufgaben

• Conducts monthly surveys on competitor pricing, promotions and activities as required by superior or Head Office.
• Recommends monthly marketing activities/strategies to generate inquiries and applications as potential cash/installment buyers.
• Establish strong network connections with customers and partners.
• Ensure availability and proper use of all marketing tools and paraphernalia.
• Entertain all sales inquiries (branch & off-site) and follow up to convert into applications.
• Assist Store Manager in preparation and execution of marketing activities.
• Conducts monthly customer satisfaction surveys to measure index.
• Handles customer complaints and coordinates with relevant person/department/supplier.
• Assist Store Manager in implementation of store cleanliness and orderliness per checklist.
