• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Consolidate sales data to generate needed reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to provide needed support and help resolve customer complaints.
• Assist the CSR or Clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales order and updates of dispatch status for warehouses.
• Prepare weekly computation of sales, customers claims and Sales invoice, Delivery Receipts and credit memo issued to customers.
• Prepare proforma invoice for all direct ship customers and warehouses.
• Prepare monthly sales performance report.
• Maintain and keep records of all orders and deliveries.

About the role
