• Coordinate with condominium administration, property management, building personnel, and customers regarding permit requirements and schedules.
• Ensure all permits and documents are complete and submitted within timelines.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities to generate inquiries and increase brand awareness.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a network of prospective and existing customers.
