Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years in data-focused roles (analyst/BI/consulting).
• Experience delivering end-to-end data analyses and dashboards.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Strong data storytelling and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Sales & Compensation, define KPIs and business questions.
• Translate complex plans into analytical frameworks and actionable insights.
• Source, transform, and validate data for reliable reporting.
• Design, build, and deploy dashboards/reports for real-time visibility.
