TASQ Staffing Solutions is seeking a Sales Coach for an onsite role in Clark. The position supports a US account with night-shift hours and offers relocation and 30 days accommodation.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, managing CCTV hardware/intercom sales, and leading a team to meet targets. Strong leadership, communication, and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid sales experience in hardware CCTV or Intercom.
• Experience in facilities / property management and at least 2 years as Sales Coach.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in sales management, particularly CCTV or security industry.
• Technical acumen, experience in information security systems or technology preferred.
• Ability to work independently, and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

• Solid Sales experience : HARWARE (Installation/Installed) CCTV or Intercom
• Experience with Facilities / Property Management and have at least 2 years experience as Sales Coach (Preferred)

• Provides current market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of
  products in various markets, and suggested marketing programs.
