• Proven sales experience in CCTV installation/services or Intercom systems.
• Experience in facilities or property management with at least 2 years as a Sales Coach (preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
