Job summary

Pet Kingdom is seeking a Sales Clerk for its Eastwood, Quezon City branch. The role involves assisting customers, processing sales, maintaining displays, and keeping the store clean and inviting for shoppers.

You will promote pet products, handle transactions, manage displays, and assist with stock checks while providing friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends and holidays.

About the role

The Sales Clerk will assist customers, process sales transactions, maintain proper product displays, and ensure the store is clean, organized, and ready for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries and purchases


• Provide friendly and efficient customer service


• Recommend and promote appropriate pet products


• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently


• Arrange, replenish, and maintain product displays


• Check product availability and assist with inventory counting


• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the sales floor


• Monitor product prices, labels, and promotional displays


• Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing merchandise


• Report damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the immediate superior

About you

• High School/Senior High School graduate or College level/graduate


• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Customer-oriented, hardworking, and reliable


• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment


• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays


• Willing to work at Pet Kingdom – Eastwood, Quezon City
