Job summary

PET KINGDOM is looking for a skilled Pet Groomer to join our Eastwood, Quezon City Branch. You will provide professional grooming services while ensuring safety, comfort, and well-being of each pet.

Experience in grooming different breeds is preferred. You should be patient, gentle, and capable of working independently or as part of a team, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Pet Groomer is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in basic pet grooming techniques and proper pet handling.
• Experience in grooming different dog breeds is an advantage.
• Must be patient, gentle, and comfortable handling animals.
• Able to perform grooming duties for extended periods.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services for dogs and other pets.
• Bathe, dry, brush, trim, and style pets according to customer requests and grooming standards.
• Perform nail trimming, ear cleaning, sanitary trimming, and other basic grooming services.
• Handle pets safely and appropriately during the grooming process.
• Assess the pet's general condition and report any unusual findings to the customer or immediate superior.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the grooming area, tools, and equipment.
• Properly clean and maintain grooming tools and equipment after use.
• Ensure pets are handled with care and returned safely to their owners.
• Provide recommendations to customers regarding basic grooming and coat care.
• Maintain proper records of grooming services performed.
