Job summary

Sta Cecilia Group of Companies in Makati City is hiring a Sales Clerk to be the store face, assist customers with product selection, process payments, and maintain attractive displays. You will greet customers, answer inquiries, and help shoppers find exactly what they need.

This on-site, full-time position requires a High School diploma or Senior High School graduate, willingness to learn, strong customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or retail is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide tailored product recommendations to help shoppers find exactly what they need.
• Process cash and credit card payments using Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, manage cash drawers, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure products are attractively presented and priced.
• Track stock levels, assist with physical inventory counts, and notify management of low-stock items.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor, including tidying up fitting rooms or clearing debris.
• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills to effectively engage with customers and team members.
• Assists in the handling of customer queries and complaints.
• Prepares pull-out slips for various outlets.
• Coordinates with service center staff and promoters in processing orders with services.
