Job summary

Asia Brewery Incorporated is seeking a Sales Capability Manager to design, develop, and implement programs that enhance the skills and effectiveness of the sales organization. You will build capabilities, deliver learning content, and drive performance improvements aligned with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in sales/training capability development, FMCG experience is a plus, and willingness to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Training, or Capability Development.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS).
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive sales capability framework across all sales roles.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop competency models, learning paths, and certification programs for sales teams.
• Create and deliver training programs (classroom, virtual, on-the-job) for sales personnel.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop learning content.
• Ensure training programs are aligned with business goals, products, and market dynamics.
• Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with Sales Leaders to drive targeted interventions and coaching programs.
• Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of training initiatives using KPIs and ROI measures.
• Develop and standardize sales tools, playbooks, and methodologies.
• Ensure consistent implementation of sales processes across regions.
• Support onboarding programs for new sales hires.
• Implement coaching frameworks for frontline managers.
• Drive a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales organization.
