Job summary

Security Bank Corporation in Manila is seeking a Sales Associate/Marketing Assistant to support the Team Lead and Sales Officer in achieving targets for loans and non-lending products. You will ensure internal processes and regulatory requirements are adhered to while maintaining effective relationships with Area and Branch colleagues.

The role involves assisting with marketing programs, road shows, and campaigns with partners, completing required training, and timely communication in business

Qualifications

• Support Team Lead & Sales Officers to meet monthly targets while ensuring target portfolio quality is met.
• Ensure applications are properly executed as per internal process, including AML checks and documentation matters.
• Work with Sales Leaders to implement road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads.
• Complete individually required training and competency activities and participate in engagement activities.
• Timely engage key stakeholders to update them on new developments and opportunities in relevant business forums.

In the course of supporting the team, the job holder will need to ensure internal process and regulatory requirements are adhered to, as well as maintain a good working relationship with assigned Area and Branch colleagues.

• Ensure applications are properly executed as per internal process. This covers all governance-related processes, including AML checks and documentation matters.
• Work with Sales Leaders to implement road shows, marketing programs, or product campaigns with key partners to generate sales leads.
• Complete individually required training and competency activities. Participate in engagement and other related activities.
• Timely engage key stakeholders to update them on new developments and new opportunities or to escape issues in relevant business forums.

What we're looking for
