Job summary

Qualite World Company Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Assistant to oversee the store's performance and smooth operations. You will monitor sales, organize displays, maintain stock levels, and address customer concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will also prepare daily sales reports, analyze inventory data, and participate in audits as needed while keeping the store clean and well-organized for customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Actively promotes and sells products to achieve sales targets by using product knowledge to assist customers and maintaining attractive, organized displays that encourage purchases
• Provides friendly and professional assistance to customers by addressing their needs, resolving concerns promptly, and building positive relationships to encourage repeat business
• Prepares and submits daily reports on sales, inventory, and store concerns, monitors product performance, and recommends stock replenishment and improvements based on sales data
• Ensure stockroom is well-organized and inventory is properly stored and labeled
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times
• Participate in inventory counts and audits when required
