Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the floor.
• Willing to work varied shifts incl. evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and attend to customer queries in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Recommend products to customers based on needs to maximize sales.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves and ensure product availability and correct pricing.
• Handle cash, card payments, and other payment methods accurately.
• Follow company policies, health and safety guidelines.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues.
