Job summary

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc, known with its brand Lala Auto under Lalamove, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our auto sales team. You will promote vehicle financing options to drivers and operators and guide customers from inquiry to vehicle release in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.

You will build relationships, explain financing terms, and participate in roadshows and weekend activations to generate leads and drive growth.

Qualifications

We are a trusted partner in driving limitless possibilities by offering vehicle financing options to help interested Lalamove Operators and Drivers to start a profitable on-demand delivery business.

Our brand is currently looking for a Sales Associate who is highly motivated and self-driven to join our auto sales team and make a difference, have fun and earn.

What you'll do:

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release
• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements
• Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals
