Job summary

Lala Automotive Philippines Inc, known with its brand Lala Auto under Lalamove, is seeking a Sales Associate to join our auto sales team. You will promote vehicle financing options to drivers and operators and guide customers from inquiry to vehicle release in a fast-paced, on-ground environment.

You will build relationships, explain financing terms, and participate in roadshows and weekend activations to generate leads and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Confident in selling and handling objections.
• Willingness to work weekends.
• Resilience, discipline, and a results-driven mindset.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes or customer service (a plus).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by promoting vehicle financing solutions to drivers and operators.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Guide customers through the full sales process—from inquiry to vehicle release.
• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing terms, and requirements.
• Actively participate in roadshows, weekend activations, and lead generation activities.
• Maintain a strong follow-up system to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Continuously find ways to improve sales performance and customer experience.
