Job summary

Snappr is seeking a Sales Associate to provide sales support to customers worldwide, helping schedule photoshoots and guiding clients through the process. You will work with photographers to align on client needs and play a key role in our in-house sales team.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication, a professional phone manner, and the ability to move quickly with attention to detail. Onsite reporting in Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• 1 year of call center sales experience preferred; fresh grads welcome.
• Excellent phone manner and email etiquette.
• Ability to balance speed with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-influencing ability and enthusiasm for service.
• Knowledge of Australian and American culture and e-commerce is a plus.
• Onsite reporting in Ortigas is required.

What you’ll need:

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Ideally, with 1 year of work experience at a call center selling to US or Australian clients preferred, but fresh grads and career shifters are encouraged to apply!
• Fantastic phone manner and email etiquette
• The ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• Strong customer influencing ability
• Passion and enthusiasm for exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of Australian and American Culture, e-commerce industry (preferred)
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A "let's get it done" mindset
• Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
