Snappr Inc in Manila is seeking a Photo Editing Team Lead to steer a team of specialists who maximize the quality and speed of shoots completed by our worldwide partner photographers. You will oversee day-to-day tasks, balance priorities, and ensure a top-notch booking experience for customers.

You bring strong people management, hands-on editing tools like Lightroom and Photoshop, and a disciplined, process-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Strong people management skills with experience using PIPs.
• Experience using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Quality-focused with a drive to deliver great work on time.
• Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
• Motivated to hit goals and grow.
• Willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas on a shifting schedule.

With our global footprint and hyper-growth, one of Snappr’s top priorities is to grow the quality and quantity of the photo editors in our Manila office. As a Photo Editing Team Lead , you will be challenged to lead a team of specialists who bring out the full potential of all the shoots completed by our Partner Photographers worldwide.
