• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned by management.
• Actively promote company products, services, packages, and ongoing promotions.
• Recommend additional or complementary products and services when appropriate.
• Perform product presentations or demonstrations when required.
• Convert inquiries and walk-in customers into successful sales.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers when necessary.
• Maintain awareness of sales performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company products, services, packages, prices, and promotions.
• Explain product features, benefits, proper usage, and applicable terms accurately.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and promotional campaigns.
• Attend product and sales training sessions as required.
