Job summary

Salesrain BPO in Pasig invites a fresh graduate to join as a Leasing Sales Associate. This on-site, full-time role supports the Sales Manager in prospecting, client engagement, and documentation within the office leasing sector.

The ideal candidate communicates exceptionally in English, is highly organized, and eager to build a career in sales and client relations. Prior real estate experience is a plus but not required; MS Office and email skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal English communication is required.
• Sales, client relations, or account management experience preferred but not required.
• Background in real estate selling or leasing is an advantage but not required.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in contacting prospects via emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and ocular visits with potential clients.
• Prepare sales documents and draft agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions.
• Support client engagement, follow-ups, and other sales-related tasks.
