Job summary

Sales Rain is seeking a Leasing Sales Associate in Metro Manila, Pasig. In this full-time role, you will support the Sales Manager by engaging with clients and managing documentation while developing a career in the BPO office leasing industry.

The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, is organized, and may have some sales or real estate background. This position offers a supportive environment, HMO coverage, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relations, or account management preferred but not required.
• Background in real estate selling or leasing is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in contacting prospects via emails, phone calls, and messages.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings and ocular visits with potential clients.
• Prepare sales documents and draft agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and client interactions.
• Support client engagement, follow‑ups, and other sales‑related tasks.
